A fond les manettes - Thomas Scotto & Félix Rousseau - 21.6 x 21.6 cm - 36 pages - August 2021 - €19.90

A little girl’s grandma sets her two challenges… Number one: build a racing car. Number two: win a race against her… Full Speed Ahead is a feminist picture book about intergenerational relationships. Garages and big cars aren’t just for boys! A fun, cheeky text to read out loud!

Thomas Scotto is always writing, whether poems, picture books, short stories, or novels. He moves with ease from light and entertaining topics to more serious ones, such as suspense-filled detective stories. He is best known for his picture book Kodhja, illustrated by Régis Lejonc and published by Thierry Magnier. He regularly runs writing workshops and speaks at schools in France and abroad (Lebanon, Morocco).

Félix Rousseau was born in 1986 in Paris. He spent most of childhood with a pencil in his hand. After finishing his graphic design and illustration degree at the Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués, he became a graphic designer, before moving on to his first love, drawing.
