I KNOW HOW TO COOK

Je sais cuisiner  - Nina Davidson et HifuMiyo - 21 x 25,5 cm - 176 pages - Non Fiction - August 2022 - EUR 19.90

After the brilliant and critically-acclaimed Je sais le faire, here is the long-awaited second book, focusing on cooking! It includes the same ingenious step-by-step instructions that made the first book such a huge success, simple and appetising recipes, basic techniques, tips and tricks… Children will discover everything they need to know to prepare family meals while having fun.

Savoury recipes: gratins, soups, pasta, salads… And sweet recipes for dessert, snacks or breakfast: brioche, biscuits, chocolate mousse, cakes, crumble… Basic techniques: peeling, cutting, kneading dough, squeezing an orange, baking, pan-frying… Essential knowledge and fun ideas: knowing which fruit and vegetables are in season, what you can eat raw and what you need to cook, putting together a menu, preparing a picnic, decorating a birthday cake… With its fun, practical and very international content, richly illustrated with drawings and photos, this book is a must-have for the whole family to learn how to cook, step by step.
