A CRAZY DAY

Une folle journée - Anne-Hélène Dubray - 10 x 20 cm - 14 cards + booklet  - October 2020 - €18

Myriorama is a game for children, invented in the 19th century, consisting in creating as many pictures as possible with cards that can all be pieced together in lots of different orders. In A Crazy Day, Anne-Hélène Dubray borrows this concept of a storytelling game, including 14 cards in a pretty drawer box, with 87 178 291 200 possibilities, featuring all kinds of animals, vehicles and characters in action - a family having a picnic, children playing in a fountain, a golf player, a woman on a unicycle… A little fold-out book is also included, with an example of a story created by piecing several of the images together. An original and inviting book-game, in a beautiful box, to assemble scenes like a puzzle and invent stories.
